What is your return policy?
Do you have a physical location I can stop by and shop?
Right now, especially due to the COVID we are not open to the public to shop. We do offer curb-side pickup for individuals who are in our area. Masks are required at the time of pickup and will be worn by staff members bringing you out your purchases.
Do you have single herbs?
We do carry a variety of different dried single herbs. If there is something you are specifically looking for there is a good chance we may have it, and if it is not on hand, we are able to get it for you. Please don't hesitate to ask as we do not post these on the website but are happy to let you know if we carry what you are seeking.
****Currently Not Scheduling All Your Services are "Live", even your distance healing, why?
By making sure that we are Live at all times, whether in person or in distance, we can ensure that our clients experience is nothing but the highest level of treatment. We are able to talk to them directly, just as we would if the session was in person. We are therefore, able to make adjustments in the moment if the client requires so, or is needed to enhance the healing process.
How safe is client information?
Anyone who has signed up to work one-on-one with Genuinely Natural has seen and signed our privacy statement. The same privacy statement applies to all who input any private information on this site. We will NEVER sell your information, or use it for any purpose outside of providing you information about our products and updates we may have. In the footer you will find a 'Do Not Sell My Information' link, please feel free to click that link for additional security measures if you so feel the need to. Our company prides itself on keeping all personal proctected information exactly that...protected.
Do you offer any type of classes?
At this time we do not have any courses open, though we are working hard to develop classes that will provide a benefit to those interested in participating. We are always open to suggestions of different courses that you may be interested in. If you have a suggestion or a thought to share please feel free to reach out to us at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Why do I have to fill out the extensive intake form you have posted if I want to receive a customized blend?
All natural, doesn't always mean always safe, we take extra steps to ensure that we know every aspect of a person (medical history, current medications, herbs, supplements, and conditions). We go the extra step to put the time and research into each and every customized creation so that the client is getting the highest quality product to enhance their wellness and nothing less. We won't custom blend anything without it.
What about the products your have in your store?
Those products have been specially formulated from nature to provide the highest good to the majority of individuals. All of the store products also clearly state any possible interactions, contraindications, and DO NOT USE if labels on them. That way we have educated each client who chooses our services and products.
